Indium Appoints Sydney Roe as New Head of Revenue

[COLUMBUS, Ohio] – Indium, an industry-leading agency network representing over 250 agencies, is excited to announce the appointment of Sydney Roe as its new Head of Revenue. With a deep-rooted history in the insurance industry and a proven track record of leading growth in both traditional and insurtech sectors, Sydney is uniquely positioned to drive Indium’s revenue strategy as the company continues its mission to empower independent agents with market-leading tools, strategies, and resources.

Sydney has spent her entire career immersed in the insurance industry, beginning with her work at Roe Insurance, the family agency. In addition to her experience in a family-run agency, Sydney played a key role in the early stages of an insurtech startup, where she helped lead the seed round and was instrumental in bringing the company’s first suite of products to market. This hands-on experience in scaling a startup in the competitive tech space gives her a unique perspective on how technology can accelerate agency growth, a core priority at Indium.

Most recently, Sydney led the marketing team at one of the top insurance technology companies, where she was responsible for generating 30% of the company’s agency multi-million dollar sales pipeline and consistently exceeded year-over-year growth goals. Her expertise in driving revenue through strategic marketing and operational excellence will be crucial in helping Indium agencies expand their own footprint and help Indium flourish.

As Head of Revenue, Sydney will be responsible for overseeing Indium’s revenue strategy, fostering partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth.
